December 8th ‘05
Dearest Diary,
Holy Nayru I thought I was a goner! I was stabbed by a dark version of Link in the water temple and I was actually dead for a minute! Thankfully, once Navi returned to Link she remembered of some pink fairies which sacrificed their lives to being back any fallen warriors. I awoke on our campsite with one battle-torn Link and a shivering fairy and I checked myself to see my wounds completely healed and I felt ready as ever to help Link rescue the Sage of Water.

After playing Pokemon White 2 with my BF ~fighterj5, we started talking about how cool it would be if there was a multi-player version where we could travel together, and this was what spawned! :dummy:

I would be wearing typical Pokemon gear with my lil bag and a grand total of 7 Pokemon...one of them sitting my head and doesn't fight whatsoever. :meow: Yes Skitty's my pride and joy in contests but is such a poor fighter she's now just this little kitten sitting on my head with a bunch of medals and ribbons. It's a wonder where she keeps them all. owo;
Dan would be wearing slightly more practical gear and have the usual 6 Pokemon, and his fav of course is Gardevoir, whom is like his personal bodyguard. Together we travel the lands, explore new areas, and probably kick some trainers' butts and win a badge or two. :XD:

Art-wise this was really fun to draw out! You can probably guess I tried my hand at getting as close as possible to the Pokemon style itself...and not quite succeeding. But hey! I had a crack at it and imma happy with the results. :aww:

Aww, it's really nice. Even though it doesn't look exactly like the pokemon ken sugimori style, I can still recognize elements such as colour, and eyes from the pokemon style. :) The pokemon look awesome! I
Very nice shading too. :love:
The only thing I'd point out is that your facial expression is a little "lifeless".

Thank you Joiski! Heh, yeah I tried my best, but I couldn't quite nail it >w< and OMG thank you!! Actually the Pokemon I was worried about most because I haven't drawn either of those Pokemon for a long, long time!
